Our team is dedicated to providing the experience our clients desire. Excellent midwifery care is grounded in building trusting relationships with clients and their families. We believe in the importance of providing care and providing education with a holistic approach that is client-led vs provider-led. Regardless of the journey families choose, we are dedicated to supporting them through wellness care, fertility, pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.
OUR CORE VALUES
We offer wellness care, fertility services, pregnancy support, childbirth assistance, and beyond. We provide comprehensive options, including Birth Center births; intuitive homebirth care in the comfort of your home; and full-scope well-woman care during conception, pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. For those preferring a gentler prenatal care experience with midwives but planning to deliver in a hospital, we offer standalone prenatal care. Additionally, our skilled doulas provide expertise in prenatal, labor, sibling, birth, postpartum, and bereavement doula care, ensuring compassionate and personalized support throughout your unique journey.
Prenatal Care
Tender Gifts Birth & Wellness Center provides complete prenatal care throughout your pregnancy, including all labs needed or desired in house. Studies have shown that the more you know and trust your midwives, the safer the outcome for mother and baby through midwifery-led care.
Labor + Birth
At your birth, you will be supported by our dedicated team of Certified Professional Midwives, Certified Nurse Midwives, trained birth assistants, and midwifery students. Whether at home or in one of our birth centers, we’ll monitor your vital signs, labor progress, and your baby’s well-being.
Postpartum
Whether you birth in one of our centers or at home, we are the only birth centers in Colorado that care for you and your baby up to 6 weeks postpartum. We provide you with home visits in the first week of life, multiple office visits, and virtual or phone visits as needed to help ease into your postpartum journey.
Your midwives are available to you during this period.
Ultrasound + Imaging
Our ultrasound imaging centers provide a beautiful experience for mothers looking for exceptional services.
Our ultrasound packages specifically focus on pregnant mothers in Colorado by helping them connect and look at their babies using fetal ultrasound.
Primary Care
Our primary care clinics take a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit for complete well-being.
We believe in personalized, whole-person care that goes beyond treating symptoms.
With the flexibility of hybrid telehealth services, we make it easy to access the care you need, whether from the comfort of your home or in our welcoming clinics.
Fertility Management
Our clinics offer Natural Family Planning (NFP) services designed to empower individuals and couples to better understand their fertility and achieve pregnancy naturally.
By tracking natural fertility indicators such as basal body temperature, cervical mucus, and cycle patterns, we provide personalized education and guidance to support your reproductive health.

Doula Services
Pelvic floor physical therapy focuses on strengthening and supporting the pelvic floor muscles, which enhances the support provided to pelvic organs such as the bladder, uterus, prostate and rectum. By strengthening these muscles, individuals may experience a reduction in symptoms associated with pelvic organ prolapse, such as urinary or fecal incontinence and pelvic pressure.
